Payroll is the process where employees are compensated and paid through paperwork from Human Resources and other departments, to make certain that all taxes and deductions are properly withheld and to ensure employees W-2s will be correct at the end of the year.

How can I view my pay stubs online?

You are able to receive and view paperless pay stubs by visiting the HR Portal. You may access this under the "Myself" tab. Under the "Myself" tab, select the "Pay" option. Then, under the "Pay" dropdown menu, select "Pay Statements". There, you will be able to select and view your Pay stubs.

What is TransitChek?

TransitChek allows employees to save money on their commute. Commuters can use pre-tax dollars to pay for commuting expenses (up to $265/month for mass transit and up to $265/month for qualified parking).

In order to enroll in the TransitChek program you must email Payroll. After, Tasha Belgrave will reply to your email with the appropriate information needed to complete your registration.

Payroll Quick Tips

1. Once you've completed the Federal W-4 Form and the IT-2104 State Tax Form, you can submit it via email to the Payroll Department.

2. Deadline for all Bi-Weekly Time Sheets are due on Monday at 11 a.m., unless that Monday is a holiday. In that event, time sheets are due the Friday before, by 11 a.m.

3. Deadline for all Weekly Time Sheets are due on Monday at 11 a.m., unless that Monday is a holiday. In that event, time sheets are due on Tuesday by 11 a.m.
